At Vinayak Dental Care, most of our services are delivered in person at our clinic premises and do not require shipping. However, in specific cases—such as when we provide dental products like aligners, retainers, oral hygiene kits, or prescribed medical items—we may offer local delivery or courier service within India.

Shipping Timeline:

Products, if applicable, are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after consultation or order confirmation, depending on availability and customization requirements (e.g., aligners).

Delivery Partners:

We use trusted delivery partners or our own staff to ensure secure and timely delivery. Tracking details, where available, will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Charges:

Local delivery may incur additional charges, which will be communicated clearly before dispatch. In-clinic pick-up is always free.

Delivery Issues:

If the product is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and assist with a resolution.
